Adanna is passionate about social justice issues particularly as they relate to the marginalization and disempowerment of the Black community and women. Jessica is Social Worker, community development strategist, published author and entrepreneur committed to serving marginalized and racialized populations of all ages, races, creeds and religions. Her particular work in youth advocacy focuses on youth development and empowerment, creating opportunities that decrease multiple barriers in various contexts.

Utilizing her undergraduate degree in Sociology and subsequent graduate degree in Social Work she fuses social work practices with Kingdom ministry. In 2016, she launched My Sister's Keeper—a mentorship program aimed at inspiring and empowering young woman to find and fulfil their purpose.
