Attending Futures19 was great network of service delivery providers in a beautiful area to continue standing committed together and learn more and more in order to improve outcomes for clients and change people’s life for better 🙂

Futures Conference is the best networking opportunity for youth service providers. Its an opportunity to connect and unwind in a lovely venue while learning & reflecting.

Well-organized. I had no idea what to expect and I had hoped that I would gain much learning out of the experience. I was truly impressed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for me, at least as a first timer.

The experience to network, learn, share, and discuss the advancement of innovative practices that support youth employment with so many committed and brilliant individuals is invaluable.

Positive learning experience, lots of information and resources to share with my organization team members. The free flow sessions excellent and provided informative information. I attended only 1 session that gave printout of presentation which was helpful now I am looking back and reviewing content of sessions attended

There was a lot of very useful information. I can’t wait to share my experience and information with my ED and colleagues. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to have been part of this conference. Wednesday nights meal was fantastic and the improve was a lot of fun too. Over all my first experience was amazing. Thank you.

Workshops and learning were awesome. The topics were very valuable, meaningful and I left with a lot of knowledge to bring back to my team.

Futures19 is a conference that I would recommend to every employment service organization. I highly think that they should send their staff, both front line and management to this event. The workshops are not only informative, but they are also fun and interactive. The added bonus to attending this conference for me was the opportunity to meet and have conversations with people from across Canada who have the same passion as you which is helping youth find employment. What an amazing three days!

I appreciate the size of the event. I feel like it draws a variety of organizations and roles, while not being so big that you were unable to find the same humans you’ve connected with before. I also really appreciated the pacing of the schedule with the networking breaks.

Attending Futures19 was a great experience to see where we measure up with other agencies. Allows us to learn more of what’s to come in the foreseeable future, and welcomes a collaboration of discussions among all service providers in a neutral setting to discuss shortfalls and successes to continue improving services to the community in need.
